1. Where are your products shipped from?

All products are shipped from Print-on-Demand partners located in the United States.

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages—each product is made in a different facility to ensure the best quality.

2. When will I receive my order?

Most items are printed and packed within 2–5 business days. Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days.

3. Are all your garments 100% cotton?

Not all. Fabric composition may vary depending on color and style.

Garment Composition:
- Ash & Heather Prism colors: 99% cotton / 1% polyester
- Heather & Solid Blend colors: 52% cotton / 48% polyester
- Athletic Heather & Black Heather: 90% cotton / 10% polyester

All garments are soft, breathable, and perfect for everyday use or travel adventures. The fabric content is listed on each product page.

Note on Bella+Canvas 3001:
The Bella+Canvas 3001 tee is designed in California, USA, and manufactured in facilities that meet strict labor and environmental standards in countries such as Guatemala, Nicaragua, and the USA. Final printing and fulfillment are handled by our U.S.-based Print-on-Demand partners.

4. How should I care for the products?

- Apparel: Machine wash cold, inside out.
- Mugs: Hand wash only to keep the print vibrant.
- Stickers: Durable and weatherproof—great for laptops, water bottles, and travel gear.

5. Do you accept returns?

Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for size or preference.

However, if your item arrives defective or incorrect, just reach out to us and we’ll replace it right away. Your satisfaction matters!

6. Are the designs original?

Yes! All designs are original and inspired by our love for travel, adventure, and the outdoors. Whether it’s a t-shirt or a travel mug, we hope it inspires your next journey!
